Le Groupe ISGA annonce l’acquisition d’ARTCOM’SUP, l’école de Design de référence au Maroc, concrétisant ainsi sa stratégie de développement et d’hybridation annoncée il y a quelques mois. Le Groupe, par le biais de son entité mère, vient ainsi d’acquérir 65% du capital d’ARTCOM’SUP Casablanca et Rabat et d’échanger les 35% restants contre une participation minoritaire des familles Benabdeljalil et Lazrak, fondatrices d’ARTCOM’SUP, dans le nouveau regroupement, baptisé EDVANTIS Higher Education Group et désormais constitué de ISGA Ecole d’Ingénieur.e.s, ISGA Ecole de management et ARTCOM’SUP Ecole de Design.

Après la rénovation complète de ses campus à Casablanca, Rabat, Fès et Marrakech, le lancement d’une nouvelle feuille de route digitale, la signature de 40 nouveaux partenariats avec des entreprises et de 10 nouveaux accords académiques internationaux, le recrutement de 11 nouveaux professeurs permanents dans des domaines innovants, le groupe matérialise sa stratégie d’hybridation en intégrant le design à l’ingénierie et au management, offrant ainsi à l’ensemble de ses étudiants une expérience d’apprentissage unique et des perspectives professionnelles répondant aux nouvelles attentes du marché de travail et de la société.
